For the purpose of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April (General Regulation on Data Protection), commercial company TradExpert, Lda., with Corporate Taxpayer No. 504782991 and registered office at Rua do Bom Sucesso , 372-2º Esq., Parish of Lordelo do Ouro and Massarelos, municipality of Porto, with telephone no. 220139900, e-mail address: geral@tradexpert.pt and web address www.tradexpert.pt, we inform the holder of the personal data (Client) that:
1º) The entity responsible for the processing of personal data is TradExpert, Lda.
The personal data to be processed is as follows: name, address, email, date of birth, taxpayer number, identification document number, household composition and IBAN, as well as other personal data, either from the Client or third party necessary for the execution of the contract and that appears on the documents delivered to us by hand (paper) or by electronic means.
2º) The Client’s personal data is processed as it is necessary for the execution and performance of the contract or because it has been the subject of consent. The omission or inaccuracy of this data or other information provided by the client is entirely his responsibility.
3º) The personal data provided by the Client will be processed and stored digitally, and will be used by TradExpert, Lda. for: marketing and sales, customer management and service rendering, accounting, tax and administrative management, litigation management, network and systems management, control of information security and fiscal security and fulfilment of legal obligations.
4º) You may object to the processing of data at any time and by any means, without prejudice to compliance with the obligations imposed by law.
5º) Personal data is kept for different periods of time, depending on their purpose and taking into account legal criteria, to what it is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, and limited to a minimum period of time, without prejudice to the periods legally defined for the different purposes.
6º) You have the right to request from TradExpert, Lda. information about the type of treatment to which your data is subject. The information must be provided in writing. If the Client so requests, the information may be provided orally, as long as that the identity of the holder is proven by other means.
7º) Your personal data has been made available to TradExpert, Lda. for the purposes of accounting and tax and marketing and sales processing. TradExpert, Lda. may use subcontractors for the purposes of processing personal data, namely for customer management, service provision, billing and litigation management, and these entities are obliged to develop the appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data and ensure the rights of the holder. In certain circumstances, certain personal data may have to be transmitted to public authorities, such as tax authorities, social security authorities, courts, enforcement and inspection bodies, as well as security forces.
8º) You have the right to access a copy of the personal data being processed. If the request is submitted by electronic means, the information must be provided through a common electronic format.
You have the right to request and rectify your personal data.
10º) You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, without prejudice to compliance with legal obligations.
11º) You have the right to oppose the deletion of your personal data and request the limitation of its processing, without prejudice to the fulfilment of legal obligations.
12º) You have the right to object to the use of your data for the purpose of direct marketing.
13º) Your personal data is processed in an automated fashion.
14º) You have the right to request that your personal data is transferred to another entity.
15º) Your personal data is encrypted, ensuring its pseudonymization and maintaining the ability to ensure permanent confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services, the capacity to restore availability and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident and a process for regularly testing, assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures to ensure safe processing.
